There has been a confirmed case of blue tongue in a Bull in East Yorkshire. Please keep a very close eye on cattle and sheep and let us know if you have any worries at all.Bluetongue virus BTV-3 has been confirmed in a single bull in East Riding of Yorkshire. In response, a 20km Temporary Control Zone has been put in place.

Keepers of cattle, sheep, camelids and other ruminants must remain vigilant and follow the restrictions on animal and germinal product movements that apply.
