We wanted to run a series of posts on meet our team. We are starting with one of our vets Pippa.

Pippa graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2016. She is a local girl originating from Newton-Le-Willows near Bedale.

Pippa is genuinely interested in all aspects of mixed practice but particularly enjoys small animal surgery (including dentistry) and farm animal emergencies.

After 3 years at the practice Pippa is enjoying becoming more involved in routine dairy fertility work and developing her orthopaedic surgery skills. She is also a Sheep Lameness adviser, a BCVA Johnes Adviser

Pippa spent a lot of her younger years showing sheep, lambing and working on a local thoroughbred stud yard. Pippa was also an enthusiastic member of Winksley Cum Grantley Young Farmers Club.

In her spare time Pippa enjoys walking her three dogs Ted, Hugo and Ivy, riding her horses, socialising with friends and all aspects of country life. ... See MoreSee Less
